Our Mission: To provide a safe and comfortable environment to work out in, on your own schedule Circuit training is a serious of exercises called stations. At each station, a specified number of repetitions are performed within a specific amount of time. These repetitions are based around your goals as a member of the gym. Shorter rest periods allow you to optimize your workout time; longer rest periods while waiting on machines at other fitness facilities can lower your heart rate and actually make it harder for you to reach your fitness goals. In just 30 minutes 3 to 4 times per week you can: * Lose Weight * Lower Your Body Fat * Take Inches off Your Waistline * Improve Your Energy and Stamina * Improve Your Cardiovascular Fitness * Lower Your Cholesterol & Blood Pressure
