Our services are free to an applicant who is looking for a new career or a career change. With over Thirty-one years of staffing experience taught to the BPS team, you can expect to receive the best in professional care. Business Personnel Services, Inc, deals with sales professionals, accountants, administrative and general office, and a variety of other vocations. We specialize in direct hire placement, and offer a Contract Services Division for your short term needs. We look for the best of the best and we try to match them with the ideal position and company for their needs. Our division offers several alternatives in hiring; the most common being Temporary to Hire. The candidate should complete 520 hours on our payroll, then is eligible to transfer to your payroll with no additional cost. By selecting this, it gives you the opportunity to check the candidate's work before you hire them! Another option is a buy-out; this is, at any time during the employees 520 hours you may decide to take them on early at a reduced fee. Based on skill level and expertise, all fees or bill rates are negotiable depending on your company's usage with Business Personnel Services. Within this division, we also offer a range of temporary services such as short term, long term and indefinite. This will help your organization get through a time where a permanent employee may not be needed. Bill rate ranges are based on candidate availability and skill level. These bill rates include all salaries, social security, unemployment taxes, insurance, etc. Business Personnel Services will be competitive with all bill rates according to the Kansas City Industry market.
