Provided by YP.comThe first time I was double charged was back in Nov. Okay that was an innocent mistake. So I went in there and asked for a credit. The next time that i was double charged it was for some garlic bread. Needless to say I have a three year old and taking them into a store is a little bit of a hassle.I noticed that I was double charged when i went to put my reciept in my wallet. Anyway I go back into the store with my daughter. It is 30 degrees outside. I go back to the lady that rang me up and she asks me if I want to get get another garlic bread cause it would be quicker. I told her no. I dont need anymore. She gets histerical and says, "you dont want another one" I said No, I just want the charge credited.I am asked to go back to my car and get the back, ( I dont know what difference that would make). Then I told her ask the lady that just rang me up. The cashier told her manager that I didnt want another one and I wanted a 1.50 credit. I told her that I have been double charged there before. The cashier said hatefully "this isnt something that we do on purpose" I told her that I didnt say that you did. Anyway I told them it doesnt matter what the amount is, if I am double charged, I should get the credit back without a hassle or being pressured to still spend that money so she doesnt have to call the manager. She was so rude to me and asked like it put her out to fix her mistake. I am on a fixed income and to people on one,,,, every dollar matters. Then she looked at me like she was going to punch me out and told me "YOU'LL GET YOUR CREDIT:!! I told her thats all I wanted in the first place..........
