I had a shot gun confiscated and used them. I paid my fine, paid the lawyer, paid $40 a month for 2 years. All was done and when I tried to get my gun back they said the lawyer had to contact the DA and tell them all was done and taking care of. I talked to the DA office and she told me all he has to do is pick up the phone and call them and they would get started on getting it released. I went to their office multiple times and they never did do anything. I don't recommend this law office. I don't know the reasoning for them not doing it but they never did. It didn't even have to be the lawyer just someone that represents the law office. It's not the price of the gun, just an Mossberg pump shotgun it's the principal.
