I get very anxious and upset over having ANYONE look into my mouth at my teeth, due to having a horrible smile. However, after one visit with Dr. Drummond, he and his dental assistant have been so kind and nice I feel comfortable and calm with every visit. He is a very good dentist, does great work, and is great about explaining everything about whatever procedure he is doing. He is great about trying to keep pain to a minimum, as he seems to believe a vist to the dentist should be comfortable (which I think is a wonderful attitude to have, and not all dentists have that same motto) and his assistants are as professional and as easy to deal with and speak to as he is. The only drawback I've had with his office is with the person scheduling appointments. I have made appointments only to be informed later they were never scheduled, at one time had serious pain after having a tooth pulled and the same lady refused to let me talk to any health professional at the office, and the same employee has rescheduled the appointments I've made that were actually put down in their computer system when I made them several timesfor reasons never explained. However, I find the kindness and professionalism of the dental staff (save that one individual) to more than make up for the one irritating receptionist. As someone who is highly phobic of dentists, and have always cried throughout any visit with one, his office has made it to where I feel very comfortable and relaxed at every visit, which no dental office has ever been able to keep me calm during a vist. (Yes, I know we shouldnt be scared of the dentist, but the fact that they terrify me, and that this office makes me unafraid and even comfortable and relaxed, should tell you that when I say Dr. Drummond and his wonderful staff (again, minus one) are great at their jobs,)

I highly recommend this office. Very professional, kind, and do great work with reasonable prices. Ive even gotten follow-up calls after every visit by the nice dental assistant that works on me checking on how I am and if I'm having pain and to ask if I have any questions about follow up care, which I think is a very nice policy for the office.
