In December I decided that I needed to make a change in my life and change it was. In the beginning I wanted to give up but I pushed, kicked and fought my way through the sweat, pain and tears that came with this change. It's been 6 weeks since I began this change and I have exceeded my 20 lb goal. I cannot thank the following people at FOTC enough Joe Buabeng, Janee Owens, Tesa Jones, Tommy Lee, Rick Ridgely, CJ Ridgely, Gregory Dashiell Sr., Renee Ward, Xero Coto, Jamison White and Loretta K Morgan-Henry for helping me stay focused by either sharing encouraging words, helping me off the floor or even just sharing a smile.
