Read this before going there! Initial estimate $6500+1 month. By the time I got my vehicle back it was $8500 and over THREE MONTHS. The excess charges were after they got a hefty deposit from me, so I was screwed if I pulled out or said no. The excess expenses in car rentals were brutal, especially when they wouldn't notify me they didn't have my car ready and had to scramble to find a decent priced rental. On top of all this, after 3+ months my car was not roadworthy and I had to have it towed at my expense to my regular mechanic who got it ready in one day. Their actual words were "they didn't know how to fix it." Why did I pay them $8500 again? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

While Desert did a good job repairing my car, don't take it here if you are in a hurry. It was supposed to take two weeks to complete the work but ended up taking five. My husband drove me back and forth to work; otherwise, it would have cost us $600 for a rental car for an accident that wasn't my fault.

I took my car in for an estimate and intended on taking it for a second estimate. Desert started repair without approval from me and then stuck me with a huge bill. if you go there be very careful!

I would just like to take a minute and say how pleased I am with the work Desert Collision did on my 2009 Maxima. After being rear-ended, The other party's insurance sent a horribly low estimate to Desert. The shop handled it beautifully, and upon my arrival let me know that simply repairing the damage to the existing bumper cover wouldn't do. They revised the estimate, to replace with NEW parts, billed the insurance company directly, and sent me on my way. 3 days later, I had my car back, looking like I had just driven it off the lot. The outside had be washed and waxed, and the interior was cleaned as well. Would definately do business there again if I am ever violated by a wreck in the future! Thanks Desert!
