DON'T USE THIS SHOP!!!!! I took a laptop computer to this store to be repaired. Was told they would call me when it was ready. After a period of time of not hearing from them I stopped by to check on it. They informed me they were still waiting for the part. After several calls I stopped in again. This time I was told they couldn't find it. They were going to check on it and call me. Today when I called I was told it was never found. That I must have abandoned it. I NEVER ABANDONED MY COMPUTER!!!! No call, no attempt to contact me, so I must have just abandoned it, right? NOT!!! Please if you value your computer don't let these guys have it!

These guys are great. In a world where Customer Service often goes by the wayside, they shine! They worked with me for hours trying to find an intermittent problem with my PC and finally resolved it. Other shops had tried to sell me a new computer - these guys fixed my old computer, saved my data and tuned it up for under $200 - way less than the new computers that everyone else was trying to sell me. Also, a lot less money than if they had charged me for every hour they worked with me on the problem. Fair, reasonable prices and a comittment to doing it right and making the customer happy earns them my business from now on.

I've been dealing with USComputers since about 1986 (first at their old New Age Electronics store on 28th St N in St Petersburg) and now at the 66th Street store. They have sold me 3 or 4 computers and the support and help have been great! I recommend them to anyone.
