      I am Licensed Social Worker, Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Master Addictions Counselor, and DOT Qualified Substance Abuse Professional. I have over ten years of experience working in substance use treatment. I have provided care in residential/inpatient, detox, outpatient, medication assisted (Suboxone and Methadone), and outpatient settings. I also provide psychotherapy for a variety of issues.
