Situated on the pristine waters of Pontoosuc Lake in Lanesborough, Massachusetts at the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains, the Lake House is the brand new waterfront, boutique-style cottage resort; offering an all-season charming and tranquil escape with a touch of luxury.Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, we have you covered and provide all equipment for non-motorized water sports including fishing poles, canoes, paddleboards, kayaks, and life jackets. Bring your own boat or Jet Ski and dock it at The Lake House Guest Cottages of the Berkshires’ private boat launch. Our seven cottages, which can be rented out wholly or individually, include The Lake House Lodge (our largest unit), The Artists Cottage, The Writers Cottage, The Dock Masters Cottage – and the newly constructed The Greylock Cottage, The Holiday Cottage, and The BerkShire Cottage.
