Horrendous! I had a MUST HAVE RUSH order (paid extra for the service) to be delivered today. I just tracked this and the package went out on a truck this morning, however, I was notified late this evening that it was undeliverable...as in the address is wrong/does not exist--I do actually live here so I know it exists. By the way, the house number is displayed on the front of the house. No one called to confirm the address, ask for help, etc. I wonder if they even tried to deliver it???? By the time I got the email, the facility was closed and when I called the main UPS number I was told that the facility would be contacted after 10 in the morning and that they would see if they could deliver it SOMETIME tomorrow. WTF? Go anywhere else for UPS services...boycott these clowns...tell your friends and neighbors...

Customer Service was absolutely terrible. Called twice and was told both times I would receive a call within the hour...never happened....also my package was supposed to be delivered to Admiral Drive in Annapolis and it was sent to Ardmore road in Landover. Keep in mind I also paid for the expedited shipping to be delivered early and still haven't received my package. AWFUL!!

Why are the hours of operation are under the address???? The telephone number is automated and still after 5 minutes NO HOURS OF OPERATION :(
