      I wrote a bad review on another website which I can no longer access for whatever reason. The review was concerning what I considered a snap diagnosis and charges for unsolicited smoking cessation advice. I was rather shocked when I received a call the next day from the Physician to explain that we miscommunicated on the diagnosis and the smoking cessation was a new requirement but those charges would be removed. I do give this group kudos for at least reading reviews and being willing to follow up and correct any issues. This does demonstrate this physicians humanitarian aspect and not some the egotistical attitudes of some physicians we have all encounter at some point in our lives.
