      We rented from Crossroads Property Management for a year, before moving into a new place that better meet the needs of our growing family. We have nothing but good things to say about Crossroads Property Management. In that year, we were unfortunately late two times, but they worked with us every time. Paying rent was a breeze in the office. The staff at the desk were friendly and when our house was broken into, they answered the phone late at night and provided courteous help. I have rented all my life, since I was 18. I found Crossroads to be better than any other property management source I've had in the past.

Investors: * You are our clients and we are responsible to you. * Our primary goal is to provide you with the service that you need. Our objectives are to help your properties perform for you in the manner that you want. A high level of mutual trust is required for this relationship to work. If this cannot be maintained we will assist in helping you to find another alternative for your management needs. Tenants: * Our goal is to provide housing that meets the expectations of each tenant. * While everyone's budget and needs vary, their housing should meet certain criteria and standards. Maintaining a great tenant base is essential for our investors to succeed.
