I hate to write a bad review but this is life and death stuff for people's animals so I will write vaguely of my experience since I do live in the same town as this woman. I was quoted $100 for a procedure for my pet, arrived the day of the procedure to double check the cost and the receptionist walked back to the back of the place and talked to her and she said she couldn't remember and she would call me before the procedure was started. I went home and waited for an hour, called back, doctor was "busy" and would call later. Waited another few hours and called back and the doctor couldn't come to the phone because she was operating on my animal!! I told them I didn't want her to work on her until I got confirmation that the procedure would still cost $100. She said there wasn't anything she could do and I would just have to pay when I picked up my pet. When I picked her up of course the price was now $200. The doctor refused to come out and talk to me but I could see her shuffling around back there. She had seemed bright and SUPER cheery when I went for the first visit but was acting really weird that second time. There seems to be something very strange going on there and after reading other reviews I would never recommend anyone take their animal there.

Absolutely terrible. I don't know where to begin. She kept our dog for five days before deciding she couldn't make him better. She did unauthorized things, and no one remembers talking to me whenever I have called to see how my dog is, or to inquire about how the bill was adding up. She called us after midnight on a work night and went a mile a minute over the same stuff. She doesn't know what she is doing or saying. She threw a fit when I questioned the bill of almost 1000 dollars. Then she sent me threatening text messages when we chose a better vet that wasn't on something. I plan to report her to the licensing board. Save your pet. Go elsewhere.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience. We were given a price over the phone, which no one in the office of 2 people remembered giving us. When we went to pick up our dog, we were given a bill for over $300, the vet had done things without our approval. we asked the vet before leaving our dog if she could check his ear and lump on his back. She did neither, sending him home with a large fish hook or something in his ear that she didn't bother to check.
