Five star service .......Kenton was incredible ..true professional.
Went in today with a friend to get first time passports.Kenton was very patience with us through the process.thats why we gave him a five star rating.

I too would like the ability to give this postal center a less than 1 star rating.



For the last year I have been having trouble getting my mail. Last summer, my neighbors and I would regularly have to exchange mail delivered to the wrong address. This winter, apparently the snow is impassable and my mail cannot be delivered. I've never had this problem before. I went to the post office today to get my mail and was told it wasn't there. When I asked when I could expect my mail, the supervisor told me that he had 30,000 addresses in Lakewood to service. That's right, I essentially got the "take a number" response. No wonder Amazon wants to deliver packages via drone.



As for their counter service, be prepared to wait in line for a very long time. In addition to being extremely slow moving, the staff is incredibly unfriendly. Today there were four staff behind the counter but only one was serving people. I was third in line apon arriving and waited 30 minutes for service.

I agree with newrevieweryp. I went there two hours ago and I am still thinking about the negative and insulting way I was treated. Someone in management needs to coach these people on good customer service and people skills.

Not worth any stars! Staff is rude! Disrespectful and demeaning staff, they scream and treat customers like garbage wow! I started using the self service kiosk and online services to avoid dealing with such rude staff in this particular location. Stay away!
