Let me just tell you about the worst unsportsmanlike actions that this company has done!! Taelor Tetting went up approached another studio placed her hands on her and gloated that their dancer beat our dancer. (UNPROFESSIONAL) If I was in search of a new dance studio I would never go to this studio. If their owners and staff does this I can only what they teach their students.

They have removed their business from other review sites so tell me who is in the wrong

I've had my children in this studio for over 14 years. 4 of which was spent on the competition team . If you wish to join an establishment that uses choreography that was taken from youtube than by all means , this is the place for you. For example: Look up ( Dangerous )performed by Briar Nolet 2 years ago at Showstoppers now being performed by 1 of their students. I'm sure they are very proud of that . HILARIOUS.....:)

My daughter attended there from the time she was 2 1/2 until she was 18 and went off to college. Now 3 years into college went back for a recreational class. She turned into a very accomplished dancer, Danced on the UCF Knight Moves for a year, Southeastern Dance Team and is know a finalist for this years Tampa Bay Bucaneer cheerleaders. All her accomplishments in dance were thanks to her instructors at TDC and her willingness to work hard. She gained many lifelong freindships. They are a great studio whether it be for Recreational or Competitive teams.

My daughter has danced at TDC for almost 10 years now. She started as a toddler with poor gross motor skills and low muscle tone, and has progressed into a beautiful dancer fortunate enough to be on the competitive team. While at TDC she's gained confidence, a fantastic work ethic, and has made friendships that will hopefully last a lifetime. Tammy and Crystal have become like family, supporting my daughter both in and out of the studio. They've always taken an interest in who she is as a person and pushed her to be the best that she can be. I'm so thankful I made the decision to enroll her at TDC and can't imagine our life without dance!

Let me just start by saying that I would highly recommend this studio! If you want your kids to learn the fundamentals of dance and have a blast doing it then this is the place to go! I started here when I was three years old and was also on the competitive team for many years. The instructors here are qualified and are amazing with the kids! When I was student here everyone was like one big family, from the instructors to the students, these people were like my second family!

This is my daughter's 5th year dancing at Tammy's. She absolutely LOVES it! She loves her teachers, dance peers and her classes. She is now on the competitive team and is learning and growing tremendously. Tammy and her team of teachers are extremely supportive and encouraging of each of their students. My daughter has been allowed to do as much or as little as she has wanted all with us feeling like either way they will support our decisions and goals. When she was invited to dance competitively, Tammy and Crystal were extremely informative, helpful and gave much guidance during the transition to the team. There are always extra classes and one on one classes offered to support the girls and to help them learn and progress. My daughter continuously tells me she would love to dance at Tammy's forever! I love that it is a family affair and family-friendly environment. Tammy's daughters are of a talent beyond most in this area and Tammy's husband is involved all the way. We felt that we were apart of the studio from my daughter's first class until now and I love the diversity of classes offered. Tammy is at the studio almost every single day/time we are there right beside her girls teaching and observing. You know the students love her when the entire class wants to hug her when they walk in to start. Tammy is always smiling and upbeat. We are blessed to have found such a wonderful studio and group of people to reinforce the love my daughter has for dance.

Tammy's Dance Company is the best decision I could have ever made for my daughter. I don't know where we would be without that studio. My daughter has gone from a shy little 4 year old to a gorgeous beautiful dancer and performer. I have asked Tammy numerous times to help me out with pep talks with my daughter regarding things that didn't even have to do with dance, and she stepped right in. Her and the other staff and Dance families have also been there for me during rough patches in my life. There are some things I couldn't have done or gotten through without the people at TDC.
I'm so proud to say that TDC is our home!

Love this studio!! The instructors have been very helpful and I have watched my daughter improve weekly. I attended this studio when I was younger, and it's so nice to see my daughter get to have the experience I had. The family environment is great, and my daughter loves dancing, her instructors and her dance mates. She has made some really great friends. I would definitely recommend this dance studio!

During my daughter's term with this studio I put up with a great deal. I tolerated condescending comments, backstabbing, judging, favoritism and even insults from some on and leading the “team”. I’ve never seen a group of people so catty, jealous, and manipulative as I’ve seen in the parents, staff and owners here. I swallowed my pride, my dignity, and my integrity for the sake of my daughter’s happiness throughout our stint there.
My daughter and I were verbally attacked, slandered, and treated like second rate members of their so called “team” and NO ONE came to our defense. More importantly no one came to my daughter’s defense. That’s NOT ok.
I discussed with the owner in confidence and with the hopes to squash the rumor causing all the drama and instead of taking care of the situation the owner perpetuated it and at one point instigated it .Not professional AT ALL!
I took my daughter elsewhere because I no longer wanted my daughter to continue to dance for trophies and for acceptance. That’s not what it’s all about. It’s a shame that the girls in that studio are led by the owners, staff and parents to spend more time competing against one another rather than embracing each and everyone’s passion and interpretation of the art of dance. I craved for my daughter to be surrounded by team members that love and respect her and want to share their love for dance not compete against her and talk about her behind her back. I was at one point blinded by the trophies, placements, and pins. The competitive team at this studio does do well, I will give them that. But it comes with a hefty price. I was sucked into this insane thought that they all have to be winners instead of just enjoying watching my daughter smile and make other people smile with her gift. I want my child to be inspired to find her individuality in dance and be able to embrace it not just be taught what will win for the studio. Winning trophies is not what dance is about. This studio and so called competitive “team” is riddled with a cancer of hate and jealousy stemming from the staff and parents and then trickling down into the children. It will eventually destroy the “team” and then all that will be left standing visible through the windows of their out dated, Wifi-less, water fountain-less, at times A/C less studio building is a bunch of dusty old valueless trophies.
So if you like swallowing your pride, integrity, and dignity for the win or to be the “favorite” than this is the place for you. If you want your child to be in a positive, nurturing environment then I suggest you keep looking because this is not the place for you.

Favoritism at its best. This was our first season with this studio. The teachers were kids themselves and played on their phones and gossiped with the "better" dancers more than taught. The owner looks at you like you are just a dollar bill. Needless to say, 4 weeks of my life has been wasted. Run fast

I've been dancing here for about 13 years now. I started when I was 4. So glad my parents picked Tammy's Dance Company. It's like my second home. Instructors are amazing. Especially the owner. Love her to death. If you want your child to learn from the best, then Tammy's is the place to go. You will not regret it!
