I am living here for the second time. I moved here because the rent includes the mowing and pest control. They have had a water meter installed on all the trailers so now we have to start paying for water use which will be in addition to our rent. Their deposits are a lot. I had to pay a huge pet deposit for my cat and small dog. Plus almost three times the rent amount to move in. The noise gets bad sometimes. I have neighbors who continuously play loud music around where I live. My trailer is very close to the other two beside me. I hardly have any space. My neighbor across the street has parties and his party quest parked in my yard. I have had to call the cops 4 times on them. I wish the neighbors would be more considerate especially late at night. I live here to be close to where I work and it is close to stores. I wish the owners cared a little more about what goes on here and took some action on the renters who break the rules.

I lived here for a year and half (from 2009-2010). The place was a trash hole. At the time it was a sexual offenders safe haven but there's was still kids living there even though there was an 18 & up park. There were drugs EVERYWHERE, and in the time we lived there cops were there all the time for one reason or another. They changed owner's while we lived there and it got a bit better. Things got better once they changed park managers too. If you needed something fixed it may take a couple days but it would get fixed.
