I ORDERED A DELUXE UPGRADE FLOWERS FOR MY MOTHERS MEMORIAL SERVICE, IN BEHAVE OF HER CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN, TO BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY TO THE CHURCH. THEY WERE WILTED AND BROWN . I CALLED THE ASKED FOR THE MANAGER, AS SOON AS I SAW THEM ON SATURDAY BEFORE THE SERVICE .I CALLED AND ASKED FOR A FRESH FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERY ASAP. THE MANAGER WAS ARGUMENTATIVE AND REFUSED BECAUSE SHE SAID THE CHURCH TOLD HER NO ONE WOULD BE THERE ON SATURDAY , SO SHE DELIVERED THEM FRIDAY .I TOLD HER SHE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME DIRECTLY , SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO CALL ME, ONLY THE PLACE WHERE TO DELIVER TOO. AFTER THE SERVICE MY SISTER AND I TOOK THE FLOWERS TO HER SHOP WHILE MY FAMILY WERE GATHERING AT MY HOME. I ASKED FOR ANOTHER ARRANGEMENT OR A REFUND SHE REFUSED.. I AM CURRENTLY IN A DISBUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD FOR A REFUND. THIS FLORIST WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND HEARTLESS OF MY SITUATION. ALL I WANTED WAS BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS FOR MY MOTHER'S FINAL GOOD-BYE.
