      Very reliable and professional and great service. Had new furnace put in just before winter. New air conditioner is coming in the spring. Would recommend to all.

      I called Lake Station Heating and Cooling from out of town, to repair my daughter and two young grandson's gas furnace. I'm very pleased to report that I received excellent service with same day repairs, completed in a matter of hours. The service repairman's knowledge, honesty, and integrity really impressed me. I feel that I was charged a very reasonable price for the repairs. I highly recommend Lake Station Heating and Cooling.

      Unfortunately I can't give a zero star rating.

      Don't bother calling them. They lost my "job ticket" twice and couldn't give me confirmed appointment times either times that I spoke with them. The closest I came to having them come out for service was when a tech called me on a Saturday while I wasn't home to say they could come out. I called again on my appointment date to see when they would be arriving and I wasn't on the calendar. "The boss has your ticket" is what I was told. Red flag.
