The best breakfast we had in Lake Placid, they should really put a bigger sign showing they are opened for breakfast because most people don't realize it. We went to the Diner next to them a couple of times (ok food, dry french toast and dry home fries) . On our last day in lake Placid the diner was full (many people waiting to be seated). So we walked a couple of steps more and noticed a small sign saying "breakfast" on the window of Spitfire grill. The place was a bit empty (nobody knows they are opened for breakfast) but the food was VERY good. If we knew how good they were we would have gone there much more often. Spitfire grill and Lisa G's place were the best places for good food that we found in the week we spent in Lake placid.
