      So very dissatisfied with this place all around. They shoot all these commercials and then you can for the challenge my rate they don't answer the phone and you get a voice mail. I called back 5 more times after I left a voicemail asking someone to call me that I wanted a quote and left my info already. The guy that called me said they were under staffed and that's why it took 6 days to call me and that was just to ask me a bunch of questions to find out that there is another waiting process. When the agent rolled around to calling me back the rates were way higher and I said forget it. The guy tried telling me I was under insured and these rates were fantastic and bla bla bla. This process took 11 days to get some crazy rates. Then 3 days later another agent called me asking me if I had received my quotes because the other guy is no longer employed there. What a mess. So a few weeks later I pull my credit and all the companies he quoted pulled my credit and lowered my score without my permission!!!!!! Never again ever will I do that!

      Everything is great until you have to cancel your policy. You will not receive the correct prorated amount from the insurer, and FIS will claim that they have no control over the fees and proration of the insurer, but you have to go through them to cancel the policy! I canceled my homeowner's insurance and lost over one month's worth of premium.
