I ordered a girl bedroom and paid for it on May 04, 2018. On May 29 ,2018 I received a different product than the one ordered, I went to the store to complain the same day and I had them to print out paperwork for the next delivery. On June 30, 2018 I received 2 drawers and a dresser...rest of the items promised on August 30, 2018... I went to the store and complained. I have the print out (Delivery date 06/30/2018- was not an estimate) that shows all the items ordered...but the order was incomplete. My daughter will start going to school in the beginning of August and I need her room done by then. This is breach of contract!!! I want someone to pick up the items from my house before I contact a lawyer and contact the media.

Ordered a couch at the store in Murfreesboro TN for my daughter who lives in a high rise apartment in downtown Nashville. The salesmen ordered the wrong color couch after I confirmed with him the exact color desired. Needless to say on the day of delivery, the wrong couch was on the truck so we refused delivery.. Next day store called, corrected error and reschedule delivery. Couch was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday afternoon between 2 and 5pm. Received text a few days confirming delivery and complied with delivery instructions. Called center at 1:30 to confirm coming, Hour and half later, called again said would be late as drivers are behind schedule. Due to the high rise situation, the freight elevator can only be used during certain hours and will not allow deliveries after 5pm. Waited until 5:30 drivers never showed. Had to make 3 calls to center as they never called me to begin with to say they were behind, and also called Murfreesboro store to speak with Manager. Was not available but was told I would get a call back by 9pm that day which never happened. I instructed the store to cancel the order as I refuse to deal with these idiots any longer. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. The staff is incompetent and will save a lot of time and agrrevation!!!

Horrible experience. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing! Last time I shop there...the end. Warehouse can't confirm if items are in stock and store says they are...then they are not.

My two couches and king bed were delivered. Both of these were in excellent shape. George, my delivery man and helper were polite, helpful, and hardworking. I bought these in Bowling Green , KY but they were delivered from La Vergne, TN. The two delivery men had to carry them quite a distance. I love the service and product !

My wife and I bought a sectional sofa at the Brentwood TN store and agreed I would pick it up on a Saturday at the Lavergne warehouse. Pickup went very well with fast and helpful service.

My brothers and I unloaded and left my wife to unpack as we wanted to watch football. As the last piece was unpacked my wife noticed a damaged area of the sofa. I thought it looked like a tow motor hit, but not sure.

Ashley Distribution Warehouse is closed on Sunday & Monday so I took it back to Laverne on Tuesday. Joe was very helpful and agreed to exchange the sofa immediately. Thanks to everyone at Ashley furniture for making a stressful event easy.

you do not want to shop with them because they not only overcharged me but they took forever to deliver my order and then when it finally arrived it was damaged due to them using a paper like material to make my bed
