I had a great experience at this Urgent Care from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was very polite. Told me about my wait time. The nurse was fast and efficient as well has the PA. I was seen and out the door in less than 30 minutes.

I was very impressed with everything about this facility! The entire staff was not only very professional they were so friendly and caring. I have been to other Urgent Cares and never went back because I didn’t feel like I had received the professional care I needed. Yesterday I was so impressed with every person there and new I had been taken care of with top rate professionalism! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an Urgent Care! Keep up the good work, you don’t see this anymore.

Office visit was very organized and quick! Everyone was really friendly, nice and professional. The PCP who saw my 10 yr old son was awesome! I will definitely refer them and return if needed!

First misdiagnosis was a sinus infection (the "doctor" couldn't find anything wrong - second clinic figured out the problem). Second misdiagnoses was failure to identify two vertebrae with compression factures (ortho doctor in Houston found that one). Was told a script was being sent in to Walmart; after waiting an hour at the pharmacy, I left and came back to the clinic, only to find no script was ever called in ("she" must have forgotten...and then left for the day - but I can come back again tomorrow (to the clinic in Alvin) or pay another co-pay and THEN get a prescription from another "doctor"). With so many other options available, I will not be returning to this clinic. I suggest if you have anything more than a cold, go somewhere else.

Nursing and front desk staff were polite, though they all arrived at 8 or a few minutes after. They should have been there at least 15 minute early to open and prep. The FNP was an hour late and when she got there she busted in the room and told me her name and to get up on the table. No apology or explanation for her tardiness. It was very rude! I will not be back.
