Pretty useless shop

I took my $350 Royce Union bike into this shop for three things 1) fix a flat - Done. Tighten back break ? NOT DONE. Adjust derailleur, it clicked in the 2/7 to 3/4,5 range. NOT DONE. So...I took it back and happened to talk to the owner who got on the bike, rode it across the rather long shop, hit the back break, said, "Oh wow" as he barely stopped and then proceeded to look me straight in the eye and say something along the lines of, "well, ya know, this isn't a $1200 bike and big guys like you and me need both breaks to stop." I'm not kidding - he actually said that. I've had $79 bikes for kids that can lock the back break.... Then he said the derailleur couldn't be 'feathered' so it would probably always make noise. I looked at him like he was nuts, explained I paid over $80 for him to fix these things so they kept my bike two more weeks, never called me to come get it and when I did call and go pick it up, it was down in the basement where, surprise! Nothing was done to it. I'm also pretty sure there were some new, very noticeable scratches on the frame near the pedals because the metal was very shiny and looked newly bare - though I have no proof of this. So I basically paid them $84.00 to fix a flat tire. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!
