I have been waiting for a package for 2 weeks past when it was expected, I understand that the weather has played a major role in this. So, I called the 1-800 number to schedule a pick-up, they said no problem and that all 3 packages would be there waiting for me. I went the next day to pick them up and they only had 1 package, they told me that I was supposed to call ahead to verify even though I was told to pick them up after 10:00am. They told me to comeback the next day. Being the wise person I am, I called the 1-800 number to verify that my packages were ready for me today, but surprise they do not have them again. I was told that they were sent out on a truck again, even though they know that due to 4 more inches of snow they will not be able to deliver again. The incompetence is killing me, thank you UPS.

I have been waiting for 5 packages since Feb. 18. On truck, delayed, on truck, delayed...I even tried to pick up at center and no one seems to know where they are....This is worse than the Christmas fiasco....even the mailman has delivered..UPS should be ashamed...guess I will have to contact companies for a refund and ask them to ship them Fedex!!!

Absolutely the worse service I have ever received from ups. I have been waiting since feb 20 for a 2 day delivery every day I track the package and it says on truck. I've talked to so many people who assure me it will be delivered and still no package. No one calls me back when they say they will I'm not using ups again

I have a repeated problem with this location. Although you can find my home on Google Maps and UPS delivers medications to my home on a regular basis, I constantly recieve post cards that say No Such Street. I am 20 miles out of the town where my address is and 60 miles from this center. They always want me to come to their location to pick up the package. I specifically tell shippers when I order that if UPS is the carrier not to bother taking my order. Their customer service is horrible.

I can't stand this location. They never deliver my packages on time. I always end up having to go pick up my packages. They can't ever find my house and it's not that hard to find.I feel like the delivery drivers are lazy and if they don't see it riding by and they won't get out of their truck. The representatives are usually nice but I just think it's ridiculus that you have to leave a message for one of the managers for them to call you back. It's got good customer service but bad delivery drivers.
