Extremely Poor Service‎‎ Refinanced my home this year, 2010, and the level of service I received was horrendous. The entire refinace hinged on what the home appraisal was going to say. It was done, 4 weeks after the start of the process, on a Monday, and I had to call on Thursday to ask what the appraisal, that I paid for, said. Always have to leave a message, as there is never anyone to talk to in person. The total lack of communication was pathetic. I received the myriad of excuses....weddings, family illnesses, etc. There are too many companies offering this service, to put up with this level of customer service. I suggest you look elsewhere.
