Best selection of used golf clubs I've seen. Good prices and knowledgeable sales staff. I trade in my old stuff and leave with new far more than my wife would like! Go there if you want pro line golf equipment at a great price. No Powerbilt clubs there, only Pings, Callaways, Titleists, etc.

This organization needs to do a much better job on hiring friendly employees. I have never been to a play it again sports and received good service. Today I went to the one off Kingston pike in Knoxville to sell some irons and encountered some old geezer behind the counter. First of all he did not greet me and then flat out told me "We are not a buyer of those". I was selling a set of graphite Powerbuilt irons but he made it seem like I was trying to sell him junk. My thoughts are he could have said it a little less bluntly. For example "I'd sorry but we really don't have a need for that brand right now, etc" I used to work in customer service and would have been fired for treating customers the way some are treated now a days. I yanked up my clubs and informed him that if would not buy from me I would not buy from him. I am an avid golfer and will be spreading the word about the unprofessional way this place does business.

Went in the store looking for something specific. Walked the entire store (and was the only customer in there) while the employee stood behind the register. It was obvious that I was looking for something yet not one word was spoken to me. No "hello", no " can I help you find something", and nothing even as I walked from the store! It is a wonder they are still open with service like that!

great deals! new and used sporting goods. I have bought new snow board boots and traded items. Overall good customer service.
