When I first moved to TN in Jan.1999 when Chemtrails were covering the skies & all the college kids & others I worked with at the Cracker Barrel at Cedar Bluff were coughing so badly they all sounded like they had TB & none were able to get rid of it after several rounds of antibiotics & Dr. visits,I went to Natural & Organic Foods who gave me great advice on how to treat myself. I recovered in 5 days or less & it never returned. In these times we're living in you must educate yourself, THINK FOR YOURSELF and follow your gut feelings inside in order to protect yourself & your health. Be open minded & try alternative medicine. Where do you think Pharmacies originally got all their knowledge about treatments for diseases & health problems? Native American Indians who used herbs,flowers,plants to heal (plus WAY BACK in Hippocratres time). And there's NOT a list of hundreds of possible side effects like there is with manufactured drugs. This store has an abundance of dried herbs available, more so than any herb store I've ever been to. The woman that co-owns the store is extremely sweet and helpful. There are plenty of supplements, tinctures and a very small grocery attached. There is a small book selection available, but my favorite part of the store is the dried herbs and staff. I recommend it to anyone that may be lost in the world of herbs and need some gentle advice.
