so they give you the wrong parts and you go back the next day to "swap out" for the correct part and they tell you that you bought it and its yours. They actually want me to buy another set of u bolts and want me to pay for them and keep the wrong ones as well. Nut jobs and stay away from this guy

We are a custom suspension shop specializing in lift and lowering kits. We use a lot of odd size and length u bolts and knoxville spring service is the place to go. Not only are they high quality american made u bolts but they beat a competitors price just to get our business. Every time i need anything i can count on them, i have even seen a guy work during his lunch break just to get us taken care of.

We are a small family owned business and we have used Knoxville spring service for all of our related needs. Never have had an issue at all. Great customer service.

The worst place I've ever done business with. They told me one price to get me in the door, and then it cost twice as much when they gave me the bill when the work was done. And they didn't even fix the problem, it still sags on one side and still sits uneven..... I'll never go Back to Knoxville Spring Service, period.

Terrible Service, They over-charged me...... installed springs backwards....then they refused to correct the problem...

Lawrance told me a lower price to get me in the door, then after the work was done, he said he never told me that price and said if I wanted my truck back , then I would have to pay the higher......
