Employees are awesome. Cake decorating classes are amazing. The staff creates a family fun filled crafty environment. I drive from Kingston TN to shop be because of the level of service and the experience and knowledge of the staff and instructors! Excellent place to shop!

I've taken a few classes at the N Peters Rd location an am very pleased! Cake decorating (Pam) & quilting (Brittney) both were amazing instructors. Very knowledgeable, kind & helpful. I'm impressed at what I've learned and intend on taking the next level! Store has all I've ever needed for sewing & crafting. Also, trendy home decor. Staff couldn't be more helpful & kind!

I waited for over an hour to get my fabric cut. There was a line of 13 before me. They only had a few people working on the counter, and they had room to service more people. Not pleased.

I understand Joanne's is primarily a craft store and that even in the old days when we had Cloth World, Hancock's, & Edith's- Joanne's always had the worst and most expensive/overpriced fabrics...ALWAYS a ton of overpriced polyester garbage! I understand many people stopped sewing for many years, but there is now a resurgence of the sewing craft and nowhere to purchase decent fabrics. If I'm going to spend my time making an item, it will not be made out of the throwaway junk at Joanne's.

Do not, for any reason, go into their restroom. It is disgusting. I wish there was still a Hancock's so that Joann's would have to respect their customers or "else". Sad.

Really poor service. The employees have no training, no commitment, no concern and no intention of changing. They apparently think they have a monopoly in the Knoxville area, so they are really dreadful to work with. They continue to decrease the area with fabrics and sewing materials and put their space and energy into craft inventory that requires no service from them. We desperately need a quality fabric store in this area!! HELP!! Somebody!!!
