It is a friendly restaurant with a variety of selection and good service.

Good place to eat but lately the quality of the service and food has started to concern me

Diner 54 has a lot of potential, but in my opinion, I can see this place being inconsistent. I've dined at this establishment twice: for lunch and for breakfast. The day that I had my lunch, I received my food VERY quickly and I had pretty decent service. However, the service was not superb (wasn't a big deal to me though). The second time I went, and for breakfast, my service was a lot worse. It took a while for my server to get to me to take my order and when she did, she didn't introduced herself. She also forgot my beverage with my meal and never followed up with me to see how everything was. I lastly had to wait a considerable amount of time for my check, even as I waited and had the managers constantly look at me puzzled as to why I wore a "mean face."



So I say this: if having good service is not a big deal to you, then check this restaurant out. If you're only concerned with decent food that is hot when it arrives to your table, than this may be a new option for you.



Pros: Good food, spacious environment, fast service (with respect to food)

Cons: Inconsistent hospitality (with respect to service), no WiFi.
