My mother and sister purchased plots at Pinelawn. Upon my mother's passing, I deided to purchase a plot for myself. I am appreciative of the fact that they were able to place very near my relatives. However, that is the only positive thing that I can say about my dealings with them. Each month that I have sent them a payment it has been "lost". I have to continually call to find out why my check has not been processed. I am given an excuse about them not receiving the payment. However, later, after many calls, it clears my bank. This suggests to me that they were in possession of my payment all along but did not know where it was. I must say that I regret doing business with them and would not if my loved ones were not there
