K C's provides excellent food and service. If you are looking for an upscale sports bar/restaurant/crab house on the Northern Neck, this is it.

Contd.. Mike actually ate 2 servings in addition to everything else! People talk all the time about ribs that fall off the bone and this is definitely the case here. They were meaty and juicy and the sauce was phenomenal! We even asked to meet the chef and she explained how she cooked them (not that I could do it myself). Last but not least.... the hush puppies! All I can say is WOW!!! They are made on site from a recipe that would not be shared and I understand why. I try and stay away from too many carbs, but these puppies were worth EVERY CALORIE. They were sweet yet seasoned and guiltily; yes, I got another order of them. We are not BIG eaters, but we know good food and appreciate a good chef. Special KUDOS to KC who was testing out new flavors of margaritas and she is DEFINITELY a mixologist! Her new margarita as well as her champagne martinis are to DIE FOR. We would both HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone as we are planning a trip back again this weekend.

My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting KC's on a Sunday and were we glad that the only other seafood place in town was closed down. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a board with the day's specials and my husband's mouth DROPPED! They had all you can eat blue crabs (the only place in town that has them), unlimited steamed shrimp and unlimited ribs for $34.99. The service there was SUPERB! We were greeted by the manager Janice and the bartender KC. They were so friendly and welcoming,. we immediately felt right at home. My husband ordered the special and I had the pick 3 with the BEST scallops I have ever had. They were lightly browned and prefectly cooked. Mike had 12 crabs which were "heavy" meaning full of meat and they were definitely fresh, not mushy at all. Many place's crabs will get mushy if they are re-steamed and you could tell these were prime! Steamed shrimp was awesome, but NOTHING compared the the ribs with their homemade BBQ sauce.

It appears that the plan was for a sports bar to attract the crowds and then feed them. I think they missed their actual market. The resulting market turned out to be the excellent food and service at this pleasant and hospitable restaurant. The last time we were there, the crowds were streaming in and the service was still commendable. The seafood is the main fare but I found that they have the best burger around. We're ordering out tonight.

I greatly my dining experience at KC's Crabs and Cue's. The restaurant, pool hall and deli is very large and welcoming. After I sat at the bar for lunch, I was greeted cheerily by Rhonda. My lunch of a Flounder sandwich and fries was delivered very promptly and was very delicious. I highly recommend KC's Crabs and Cues for its excellent service and its delicious food.
