When it came time to close I was given a pile of papers and no explanation of what they were. When I asked I was told conflicting information. Over $500 in pre-paids were held out of my closing funds. A month later when I called them I was told that they had not heard from my HOA so they have not done anything with that money. Also paid an incorrect amount on the water bill and told me it was my problem and I should call the city to get a refund. I am seriouly wondering why I paid them $1000.
