Willowdale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in New Holstein, Wis., is one of the skilled nursing care facilities operated by Extendicare. It provides skilled nursing services for patients suffering from a prolonged acute and chronic illness, recent injuries and postsurgeries. The center offers a wide range of rehabilitative services that include respiratory, physical, occupational and speech therapies.
