I was a little reluctant to go after reading the below reviews but I am very glad we did. We were met at the door by a very friendly hostess/waitperson. The food choices were incredible between the menu and what I was told is a daily specials but also told it changes twice daily (lunch and dinner). The food was home cooked, hot and very fresh. Our drinks were kept full and the waitress was very friendly, seemed like a very friendly, family environment. Now on to the best part of the meal, the DESSERTS! An extremely large selection all seemed to be homemade and what we had (Hawaiian Wedding Cake) was phenomenal. Overall experience was very pleasant and we will be back, the total bill for 3 people was about $50. Thank you to Jimmy and the staff for a very nice meal.

No one was in the place when we got there - that should have been the red flag. The waitress was nasty/with attitude. The Bake stuffed Haddock was micro waved it was cold it had a negative taste to it. The turkey dinner was also cold and terrible For 3 people the bill was over $70. (did have 2 wines) Would tell everyone that I know not go there. Will never set foot in this place again. Considering the amount of people in the place - on a Thursday night at dinner time - I think the message is allready out there. I have just thrown away $70+ dollars on a horrible dining experience.

OMG!!! DON`T Bother. We went in Sunday morning, 10-16-2011. We three were seated in a booth. After a LONG wait we were given 1 cup for coffee. We needed 3.Finally we received 3 cups, no silverware.I ordered sausage gravy & biscuits,NOTE biscuits, not 1 biscuit cut in half. 2 eggs over easy & home fries. My companions ordered "french toast" "fresh" strawberries & whipped cream.after 45 minutes,8 cups of weak flavorless coffee we were served. No water, nobody removed 16 creamers & sugar packets from the edge of the table. After 1 taste of the potatoes there were spoiled.I've never had to spit out food at any meal.any where at any time. They were sour & rank .I notified a server & asked that the chef taste them. They took my plate out back and returned with my plate, untouched & was told that I was wrong. All 3 diners with our party were shocked. They tasted the spuds & agreed they were bad.The french toast was soggy, berrys frozen & whipped cream runny. The service was slow and inattentive.$35 wasted
