The owner of the company came to my house for a mice. He layed traps in my garage and my kitchen and that was it. He did not place any traps in my attic, where I hear from others, is where they like to live! He did not do a very good job. I was home by myself with my 2 kids while my husband was at work. The entire time he was at my house he made comments like "it's ok little girl", " How old are you? Oh your just a baby".He told me the reason he moved from New York was "the business was better down here and to look at pretty ladies".He rubbed my shoulders and hugged me twice and gave me a kiss on my cheek as he was hugging me.I had just met the man and he made me very uncomfortable.My husband called the owner to let him know our mice problem was not fixed and my husband didn't like his inappropriate behavior and we would like our money back.The owner denied all of it and said he would not refund us our money.Check the BBB he has 2 claims against him and he refuses to become a member

I've had a great experience with the bug reaper. We were using a bigger company but the problem didn't seam to go away so we called the bug reaper and realized how much money we were wasting. The owner came out himself to evaluate and let me tell everyone that he was almost half the price with twice the education and our pest problem is not a problem anymore. Tony is a great guy and worth the entertainment just to hear his point of view! Choose a company who doesn't send a high school kid to spray your home.

This company shouldn't have any stars!!!! Never came back after the initial $300+ first visit. Always has some excuse why he can't make it, promises to show but never does. Do not use this company
