If you are considering renting one of their properties and you value your privacy, be warned they are notorious for not giving enough notice for their contractors to be on or in your property. While you lease may state reasonable notice it appears its completely to their discretion to decide what that reasonable notice is. While this is the only complaint to me it's a pretty signifigant one!!!

We had a great time with Brandi showing us properties. She knew more what we wanted than we did. Tina was a wiz with the paper work making everything as easy as could be. We did our closing with Lois who was an expert in answering all our questions. We look forward to dealing with them for the next 4 years!

We are evaluating making a change in management due to a lack of service being provided. In a free meeting with Classic they pointed out numerous deficiencies that we were working with and realized changes that had to be made. Our decision is coming and Classic will be our choice for new management.
