Never go to Mimi's Bridal! I got the tuxes for my wedding here, & it was horrific. I would not recommend Mimi's Bridal.. I chose pocket squares like most people.. & the tuxes arrived with no pockets. They tried to charge us were ever they could. They even forgot to give one of the groomsman his bolo-tie & cuff links... so my husband the DAY of our wedding had to go to the bridal shop to pick them up. Beyond that they botched almost everyones measurements. I've had two friends who have gotten married in the last year & have used Mimi's Bridal and said they experienced the same terrible customer service.

I was forced to deal with this establishment as my son is getting married there in Kalispell and I was handed the tuxedo bill. This place has by far the highest prices I have ever paid for tuxedos. We even got charged extra for the shoes! Over $150 per tux! The person taking my credit card info (i.e. paying the high-priced bill) could care less and was very flippant when I told her that no other tux shop charges extra ($25) for shoes. Her reaction over the phone sounded like she thought I was blowing smoke up her you-know-what. I HAD to pay the price as it was 3 weeks out. If that is the norm in Kalispell for prices on tux rentals, I'm in the wrong business. I should set up shop there, because there is obviously no competition.

I have truly enjoyed working with Mimi's Bridal throughout the process of my wedding! I found my dream dress after only trying on four dresses and couldnt be happier with it. I really like how it is a small shop with an intimate feel. I walked into a Davids Bridal Recently and it was so chaotic and hectic that it made me really appreciate the one on one experience of Mimis. When ordering my dress I really enjoyed the expert sizing and opinion of ordering a petite dress for the shorter length. When it came in and I tried it on, it fit like a glove!! Because of this smart move and sizing I have saved time money and hassle of having to get it altered. The owner, Melissa is a sweetheart who has been a joy to work with and as a Bride, I recommend Mimi's to anyone :)

My daughter found her perfect wedding dress at your shop and thanks to the expert sizing recommendation she received, her dress fits her perfectly! The only "alteration" is simply to get it bustled! Also, the seamstress you recommendedn Denise Houtz, truly knows her stuff and offered a great idea of sewing the bra into the dress! That saves another problem and will be more comfortable on her special day.

Mimi's Bridal is the place to go for wedding dresses in the Flathead! I went there for my first and only bridal shopping experience and Melissa, the owner, made me feel so comfortable. Melissa is so sweet, so efficient and so professional! Her dresses are gorgeous and fairly priced for any bride! Highly recommended!!

After our engagement, my (now) hubsand and I didn't know where to start when it came to wedding planning! I knew there were some VERY important aspects: the dress being one of the biggest! I contacted Melissa at Mimi's to ask some questions about dress types, prices, etc. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and invited me to come in any time to try on different options. She was incredibly helpful in finding my wedding dress- an amazing Maggie Sotero gown. Mimi's was a HUGE part of me feeling absolutely beautiful on my wedding day! I can't thank Melissa enough for guiding me through the process of finding the perfect dress. I would definitely suggest Mimi's to friends who are looking for a unique store and friendly service/help!

I found my dream wedding dress at Mimi's Bridal, The Kendra from Maggie Soterro in the fall of 2011 and placed my order for spring 2012 delivery. Our wedding date was June 2012. From the beginning to end Mimi's Bridal provided a stress free service with smart advice from the proprietor, Melissa. Her focus was to help me find the dress of my dreams and proved a seamless service. Mimi's not only met but exceeded our expectations! We would wholeheartedly recommend Mimi's Bridal to any of our friends who are planning future weddings.

We had a wonderful experience using Mimi's Bridal. Our daughter had been shopping around for a wedding dress and it was Melissa Buemer who convinced us we should take a look at the Maggie Soterro gowns she carries. We were so impressed with the quality and the fact that the dress would be made especially for our daughter! The difference in quality was very obvious. Melissa helped our daughter select the perfect gown design and also guided us with the proper sizing. When the wedding day arrived, the gown and our daughter were a breathtaking combination. Thank you, Mimi's Bridal, for helping to make our daughter's wedding day a MAGICAL day we will ALWAYS remember!! We would highly recommend Mimi's Bridal for all of your wedding needs.

Don't waste your time going to this shop. The costumer service is atrocious They have little to offer and the way they conduct their business you wouldn't want to buy from them anyways. The lady helping with our appointment was extremely rude and unprofessional. They need to get their shop together. The price on the dress we wanted was different then what they wanted it to be and they talked to us like we were idiots as to why it should be higher-- suffice to say it didn't make sense and they were trying to scam us out of as much money as possible. I HIGHLY recommend you DON'T go here and make the drive out to any other place but Mimi's.

I found the earlier left review quite different from what my family experienced- we were welcomed in without an appointment and I was able to purchase my gown off the rack at a great price. We laughed alot and I felt right at home- I always say "you can't believe everything you read" find out for yourself at Mimi's!

Go somewhere else. This place has zero customer service and left my daughter in tears 3 weeks before her wedding. When there was a problem with the dress, which was caused by the owner and seamstress, she was not willing to refund our money and went on the defensive ultimately blaming us for the problem. The way we were treated was horrible. Go anywhere but Mimi's Bridal.

Mimi's Bridal created a catastrophe out of NOTHING when it came to my Bridal Gown experience. They refused to help with the problem they created, and were rude and nasty. The 'customer service' we received over the phone was astonishing - I don't know how they've managed to stay open treating their customers like they did me. I've never been treated so horribly. Leaving brides in the middle of their appointment while they are crying in the dressing room is not the way to run a bridal boutique. Know your clientele..

This store has horrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. They will not stand behind what they sell you and have no interest in fixing a problem should it arise.
