By far the worst company of my 10years of renting I ever worked with. Horrible communication issues. They lie every other second about their polices. Then when you tell them about what they said and how your having to pay for their Lies they tell you to "deal with it" like snotty children. Horrible customer service and response time. I would honestly recommend somewhere else these people don't know how to properly run a establishment.

Corental is the BEST!!!!!They have worked with me always to make sure all things get fixed that are needed. They truely are on top of it. You can't go wrong letting them find you a rental.....Love the staff..thanks for reading this..Judy Nelson 10/2013

CoRental has got to be the worst property management I have ever had to deal with. Upon moving in, we gave them a laundry list of things that needed attention, including, but certainly not limited to, a broken faucet in the bathroom, broken light fixtures, and broken doorknobs. It took them forever to come out and fix the one broken doorknob. Everything else they said they'd come back for. That was 6 months ago. The back sliding door does not lock, and when we told them, the reply was, "Well there's a stick there right?" Referring to the dowel rod that they had lodged behind the sliding door to keep it from opening. They also failed to tell us that there is a severe hobo spider problem in the house- we kill at least 6 a day, many of which are in our bed. Also, this past week our water heater broke. This was on a Saturday. We called the emergency line and after about an hour of trying again and again to get a hold of somebody, the line was finally transferred to a woman who snapped at us and said "I'm at lunch with my family right now. You can just boil water." So we asked for owner of the property's phone number and she hung up on us. A friend of ours also rented from CoRental just down the street from us. They lived in a first floor apartment, where the upstairs neighbor's porch was right over their first floor patio. The upstairs neighbors would never take their animals on walks to go to the bathroom, so they just stuck them out on the upstairs porch. Naturally, the animals relieved themselves, as that was the only place they could. Every time it rained or whenever the pets urinated, all the urine and feces ran through the cracks in the boards of the upstairs porch and onto the downstairs patio, where our friend's barbecue and sitting area was. Our friends obviously complained to CoRental, and they did not care at all. CoRental did NOTHING about this disgusting health hazard and our friends had to move out, instead of the upstairs neighbors. Do not rent from CoRental. I would love nothing more than to shut this company down. Any company that has so obviously never even heard of the concept of business ethics should in no way be allowed to operate.

Wow!! is all I can say. Corental is one of the best property management companies. They are very helpful and showed me three different places. I am glad I am renting thru Corental. If you are looking for a rental I would tell you to give them a call. I think they have a list of properties avaiable that you can pick up at there office.

I have rented from Corental for two and a half years and from my experience of several other companies, they are by far the best managers to deal with in the Flathead Valley. Its sad to see all the negative posts and hope that if you did have a bad experience you would let them know so they can hopefully correct it, and try them again. I have always been treated fair, and dealt with in a timely manner.

I have rented from Corental for several years, and from my experience of several other companies, they are by far the best managers to deal with in the Flathead Valley. I am more than just a renter though, I own a property they manage. The owner of Corental has always been honest and fair with me and has dealt with my property and all the headaches that it can be to be an owner. As a renter I have been treated fair and with nothing but respect. I would definitely recommend renting from them to all my friends and family.
