Very freindly and accomodating! I love what Andrea has done with my hair! They're all very sweet with my mom-in-law, also. They take care of three generations in our family.

Had my hair cut done and then later ask the same girl to do a light to medium hi light . At the sink she said" I want to put a toner on". I said, "NO, never put a toner on". She said, "it will make it more finished looking". I said," I don't want a color!" she said, "It won't be a color". Against my better judgement I allowed it.Got home and I had yellow streaks thru my hair. Called the manager and said , "You have got to fix this". She had me come in, gave me another stylist because the one who did this had moved on the next day. This one tried to shampoo the yellow out, didn't work. CalledLions Den the next day and they said come in but gave me a third stylist. THIS HEAD, STRONG WILLED WOMEN AFTER I SAID, "I want a ash toner put on", she said, "THIS IS WHAT I AMGOING TO DO, PULL MORE HAIR THROUGH." I THOUGHT MY GOSH, I came in here forhi lights and she's going to give me blonde hair. Got home and my hair was totally BLONDE! SO VERY, VERY, ANGRY WITH LIONS DEN. THEIR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ANDUNPROFESSIONALISM. Ended up buying a box of ash permanent hair color because Icouldn't find a toner. I haven't used box color in 10 yrs. It soon faded to yellow and myhair is like straw. It will take 6 months for my hair to grow out. I am out over $80 including the tips and box hair color. They shouldn't get away with this!
