      The Youth Services Program includes mental health care, crisis intervention, outreach and case management services. The program provides respite care, referral, and substance abuse assessment and treatment services. It also includes support and counseling services for children and adolescents. In addition, the Youth Services Program offers individual, family and group therapies. The program is administered by the Will County Health Department and Community Health Center, which provides forensic and housing assistance services. The department additionally offers educational, vocational training and medical care services. It provides volunteering, food assistance and rehabilitation services. The Will County Health Department and Community Health Center operates through family health services, environmental health and administration divisions.
