Just so rude there. There is absolutely no reason for them to be that rude. I called to ask what information I needed to bring to get help for daycare, the lady who answered the front desk gave me the biggest attitude, told me what I needed and after being annoyed, I politely said Thank you and she just hung up on me! Literally just hung up. How do these people keep their jobs I am so confused. That is not the way you were trained I am sure! Super rude and wish I did not have to deal with them!
