We are a Lighting Manufacturing Company & have been in business for over 37 years.



We are still owed $1000 for past orders (2015). We didn't send completed orders to Ivy due to the credit.



Ivy Shores, owner, is someone who "beats around the bush" when handling her b2b relationships.



No matter the times we told her she needs to pay her past-due account charges & re-sent over-due Invoices, she disregarded the statements. Instead, she would tell us how upset she is for not sending her products. She made negative remarks about our salesman, which was uncalled for.



Ivy made her reasoning based on her "college degree" and is a honest business professional who keeps promises to her customers. (I have read multiple negative reviews were customers have paid deposits on "promised" products and never received their products or returned their deposits.)



Forwarding the warning to businesses whom she may try to work with & customers who expected to receive their products & never do.

Use Jenkintown Electric only if you want to risk the lives of the people driving on the road and place your family at great risk. Their drivers are aggressive and violent.

While driving on Dekalb Pike I let a woman driver make a right hand turn exiting the Whitipain Shopping Center (Dekalb Pike & Yost Rd.) the traffic light was red. After she entered the lane I heard someone from behind my yell “move it” when I looked behind me there was a large white delivery vehicle. As I pulled forward and the light was still red the passenger in the truck continued to make threats against me and repeated yelled that I should fight him. When the light turned green they attempted and failed to make a high speed pass form the left hand turn lane to get around me.

At the next red light the passenger got out of the truck and pounded on the trunk of my car leaving a dent in it yelling at me “what was I going to do about it”. When the light turned green the truck continued to tailgate me, honking it horn and the passenger continued to yell more threats.

I was able to pull over so they would pass me in order to get their license plate number when they turned right into the Center Square shopping complex. As I followed them in the truck stopped and the passenger got out of the truck spat on me and my car, and continued to provoke a fight. As the truck pulled out the driver of the vehicle yelled at me, “there was noting I could do about it”, no doubt referring to their behavior. The truck turned left onto Dekalb Pike, because they had missed the turn they needed to make as they harassed and threatened me.

I called the company and the sales person told me they had warned their drivers because they havedone this in the past. The owner showed no concern or interest in the threats and actions of his employees.

The passenger in the truck was a white male, slim build, black hair, and wearing a white tank top. The driver was a white male, with light brown hair, and a full (fat) face.

My experience with Logan Lighting has always been wonderful! I have gone to this location for over 20 years and only have great things to say. During my last visit, the owner took a great deal of time with us and really helped us feel comfortable with our purchase! We will continue to support this local business and hope that others in our community continue to do so as well.
