      It's an excellent Psychological community based program. It offers a variant of services under one roof for people who have mental illness who are unable to cope in every day life within in their community.

      New Horizons Community Support Services is a psychiatric rehabilitation agency certified by Missouri Department of Mental Health. Established in 1975, the agency serves the counties of Cole and Boone in Missouri and is supported by Medicaid. The agency offers a variety of housing and educational services. It also provides a range of social and recreational activities, such as community shopping, craft classes, bowling, musical concerts, exercise sessions, bingo, special parties and movies. The agency also offers prevocational training in computer applications. Its educational groups focus on health, nutrition and fitness. New Horizons Community Support Services, with a location in Jefferson City, Mo., also operates a facility in Columbia, Mo.
