The Lake Cumberland Community Action Agency, also known as LCCAA, is a private, nonprofit community-based agency that offers a range of educational services and training programs. The agency serves the residents of Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Taylor and Wayne counties in Kentucky. It provides housing, emergency, advocacy and youth development services. The Lake Cumberland Community Action Agency additionally offers various food and shelter and home energy assistance programs. The agency provides scholarship programs for low-income individuals to pursue higher education. In addition, offers counseling, health screening and support services.
