Doing business with this place has been a nightmare! My husband and I decided to purchase a washer/dryer from them since their prices and warranty seemed reasonable. We purchased our washer/dryer and had it scheduled for delivery but it got canceled due to weather but we received no phone call from them about this. When we would call either no one would pick up and we'd have to leave a message and wouldn't hear back from them until the following day or....they would pick up and couldn't give us a straight answer and asked if they could call back which we'd wind up calling back because it would be several hours later with no word from them. We had to reschedule our delivery which obviously is not a big deal but when it got later in the day (on the day of delivery) and we got no phone call from them to say that our delivery was on its way, we once again called and no one seemed to know what was going on until they heard from their delivery driver. Finally after a few hours we found out that they said they couldn't deliver today but they'd have to deliver the next day! Now we're pretty fed up with this and let it be known to them that this is unacceptable and they magically had an opening to where they could deliver it that night. So finally....after all that time we received our washer/dryer only for both of them not to work and be flashing codes! The washer/dryer come with warranties (thank the Lord!) where it states they will either repair or replace the item. My husband texted and called the very next day which was a Thursday to tell them how neither one of them worked. We did not hear back from them until Friday. (Like really guys) They asked us to take pictures of the washer/dryer to see if they had a replacement. We did get a phone call from the manager who asked us to come in and look at some other washers/dryers to replace ours that broke. I wasn't too happy about it but was hopeful they had either the exact same washer/dryer or something equivalent to the set we bought. Ummm no....not even close they had no matching sets for us and they only provided 1 dryer to look at and 3 washers. My husband had to decide on a washer and dryer because I just couldn't because it was such a let down seeing we'd have to get two completely different models. I really liked the set we got so I wanted to see if they could send over a repair man to fix them. We had to once again wait all day to get a phone call back and we're told that the repair on the dryer would cost more than a replacement dryer. Not happy about that but whatever. So we asked what about the washer? And we're sitting right now waiting to hear back from them and it's almost the end of the day.
