When the current IT provider wasn't meeting the needs of the physician's office I worked at in Jackson, MI I started looking into replacements. PC Solutions impressed me with their quick scheduling of a face to face meeting, walk-thru of our location, detailed findings of what was and wasn't working for our business needs, and a plan on how to fix the problems they saw. We were able to make upgrades over time keeping budget in mind until all known issues were addressed. We also signed up for their monthly maintenance agreement- our equipment was checked, cleaned, and issues serviced, avoiding downtime from old or faulty equipment. When we decided to move to a new construction building, they went over the plans with the builders to make sure everything went smoothly, and help get everything moved over on a SATURDAY so we had minimal down time. They were always fast to arrive when it was urgent, knowledgeable, and professional. I was so impressed; they are now my go to with home devices.

I have used this company several times. The work appears to be acceptable however on this occasion I was told twice by the technician that the repair would be $35 not the $65 put as a deposit and so I would receive a refund. When I picked it up I was charged $30 over the $65 and they would do nothing about this when I discussed what I was told. While the tech did OT deny he said that he nor the company would make an adjustment. I expect businesses to be honest. The repair was a simple unlock which is why the tech said it would not be the full $65. I will not use this company again.
