When I decided to do a custom engagement ring I was worried I might end up with something that looked unpolished or that she would not like. I could not have been more wrong. The result vastly exceeded my expectations. The ring is unique, beautiful and amazing- just like the woman wearing it. She adores the ring and is glad to have something unique. I ordered my platinum wedding band & engagement setting about 1 mth prior to wedding (I already owned the diamond). When the set came back, the band was nothing like I ordered and the wrong size. The engagement ring was also too big and of very poor workmanship (tool marks, uneven metal, side supports asymetrical). 2nd time back, refused the wedding band, had not changed a thing. The engagement ring was also still of poor quality, but had my diamond in it, and my wedding was now in 2 days. Assured would be fixed after honeymoon, 2 days inot honeymoon, the 1.54 carat diamond FELL OUT of the ring. There was a large crack bewtween the prongs at this point. Went to get our $ back, and was told under no circumstances would the $ be returned. We had another jeweler put a "good faith" call into the owner because of the very poor quality, and was told the business wouls soon be closing, and he could care less of our satisfaction Our only recourse now is to dispute charges. BUYER BEWARE!
