      Great Mindfulness approach, but lacking in acceptance

      I love the mindful approach taught by Francine for personal problems and relationship difficulties. However, I felt judged and criticized at times in my life choices and feel she may have some difficulty in meeting patients with open minded acceptance.

      The good news is everything changes.

      Life is complicated! Add a partner, children, work and parents! Now it is four times more complicated. There are a few coping mechanisms that can significantly reduce life's pain.
